Day by Day
Nairobi - Samburu National Park
Your safari begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to the rugged landscapes of Samburu National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, then head out for an afternoon game drive across the semi-arid terrain, home to unique wildlife such as Grevy’s zebras, Somali ostriches, reticulated giraffes and the rare Beisa oryx. As the sun sets, return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the northern wilderness.
Full Day in Samburu
Enjoy a full day exploring Samburu’s striking landscape along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Begin with an early morning game drive, when predators like lions and leopards are often on the move. After breakfast, relax at your camp or enjoy a visit to a local Samburu village for a cultural experience. In the afternoon, head out again for more wildlife viewing, looking out for elephants cooling off in the river. Cap off the day with a sundowner and dinner under the stars.
Samburu - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, journey south to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, located on the Laikipia Plateau with views of Mount Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive through this wildlife-rich sanctuary. Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and get close to endangered black and white rhinos in their protected habitats. Keep an eye out for the Big Five, along with cheetahs and hyenas that thrive here. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Ol Pejeta - Lewa Conservancy
Depart after breakfast for the stunning Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, a private reserve known for its conservation success and luxury safari experiences.
